SCHEDULE

Our mornings generally consist of on-site activities. Visit our Program Details page to see what a typical day looks like. Most of our off-site activities occur in the afternoon, except for full-day field trips, and are outlined below.

Detailed weekly schedules will be available through our Family Portal (for registered families) approximately two weeks before the start of camp.

CLUBHOUSE KIDS  |  Theme: Attitude Check
Good attitude is something that we have to choose to have.  No matter the circumstances, kids can show respect for others by their attitudes.  We will look at what a bad attitude looks like, how others can be affected, and how one can change their attitude.

CLUBHOUSE PRETEENS  |  Theme: Confidence #1
During these weeks, preteens will explore what it means to exude faith and take risks. They will explore what it means to have the boldness to face any and all kinds of situations.

Field Trip: Greater Vancouver Zoo

Other Off-site Activities: Park

Please note: We are closed on Monday, July 1 due to Canada Day holiday.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to register online?

We highly encourage you to register online as the process is lengthy.  But, you can also register over the phone. Simply give us a call (778-939-2389) and we will walk through the process with you.

Is there a family rate?

At this time, there is no family-rate available for multiple children in the same household.

Can you hold a spot for my child?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold spots (even with a deposit). Your spot is not secure until full payment has been made.

What is your refund policy?

Refund requests must be submitted via the Family Portal. Requests made more than 10 business days before the scheduled start date will receive 100% refund minus a $15 admin fee. Requests made 6-10 business days before the scheduled start date will receive 75% refund minus a $15 admin fee. Requests made 5 or fewer business days before the start date or once the week has already started will not be refunded. You may change to a different week as long as the week has not started yet and space is available. We will issue a refund back through the same form of payment.

Do you allow part-time registrations?

Unfortunately, we do not allow part-time registrations. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis to assist families in immediate need. Please call or e-mail us for details.

Do you accept government child care subsidies?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept government subsidies for our day camps. Government child care subsidies are only applicable for licensed child care operators whereas we are a day camp operator (Note: Day camps and day cares are different).

Can we come for a site visit?

As a day camp operator, we rent facilities for our programs on a seasonal basis. We typically set up the rooms the week before camp starts and clean-up within the week after camp is complete. We do not operate year-round.  Check out our social media (Facebook and Instagram) for our weekly highlights to get a glimpse of our space and program. You can also contact us to arrange an in-person visit once camp has started. We are unable to accommodate walk-in visits.
