MEET OUR 2026 TEAM

Our team consists of multiple tiers to ensure that we bring the best and safest experience possible for your children! Everyone on the team attends multiple training sessions every year, including our mandatory child protection (abuse prevention) training.

DAY CAMP STAFF | Our day camp staff is responsible for planning and executing the daily schedule, leading a small group of children and investing in their lives to see them become their very best. They provide guidance to children on resolving conflict, teach proper etiquette, and instil strong values while teaching the weekly themes and activities. They are able to find the balance between being teachers and caring friends to the children. Our camp team consists of site coordinators, core staff, and seasonal staff. Summer seasonal staff intake typically begins in April.

VOLUNTEERS | Our day camp volunteers assist our staff in various capacities, including but not limited to, assisting children during activities, providing additional supervision, and general set-up and clean-up. Volunteers may be given other responsibilities while under direct supervision for personal development. They generally will acquire skills and experience to become future staff.

L.I.T. STUDENTS | Our L.I.T. (leaders in training) students are jr. high interns who have graduated from our Clubhouse Preteen program. They have prior experience with our camps as participants and are familiar with our programs, culture, and expectations. They participate in daily personal and leadership development sessions before shadowing our staff and assisting as needed. These positions are currently only available for our alumni campers.
